We are a school of fitness that emphasizes strength & conditioning, nutrition, and functional exercise to better the health and fitness of our community. We desire to have the fittest community in the larger area and to set an example for others to emulate.
CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. The key is the stimulus we provide. This is measured in appropiate levels of INTENSITY that we have measured for you.
CrossFit Allatoona is a growing fitness community with over 3000 square feet of indoor space and a large outdoor area. We have top of the line equipment and experienced coaches to get you where you need to be. Started by a Chiropractor and Registered & Licensed Dietitian, CrossFit Allatoona is a place were form and fuel is paramount.
Although we teach in groups settings for the community. We also offer personal training and program design for those who need one on one attention.
Serving the Acworth, Kennesaw, and Dallas, Ga areas and the surrounding communities of Bentwater, Brookstone, and SevenHills.
